The ginger mead from Schramm's Mead is my favorite mead of any I've ever tasted. I would drive to Michigan from Ohio to get it. I'm so thrilled they have kept it as a staple of their store. It has the perfect level of flavor and spice and is good with food or by itself. A lot of other ginger meads from other stores have additional ingredients added that detract from the ginger flavor. Schramm's Mead also is always extremely accommodating and responsive.
