The flavor is incredible. I can usually pick out and identify specific aromas and flavors, but not with this one. Its is unique unto itself and defies known (to me) flavors. I don't know what the heck I just drank--but I loved it.

Speaks like a genuinely sweet but insanely intelligent person; without pretention, warm, light and layered. I would recommend for spring celebrations such as Beltane as this not only reads as a floral, herbal, bright profile but leatherwood blooms in spring. Don't want to regurgitate the description but herbally complex, almost spicy but not, sweet, and awake. A great mead.
