Apple Of My Eye!

Apples - my favorite fruit as a kid and adult. If you are from Michigan, you can appreciate the locally sourced apple varieties. You love them as a solid in the Summer and as a cider in the Fall. Now you can add up your game by having them in a mead. Apple of My Eye indicates something that one values above all others. Mission accomplished!

I love every mead I’ve tried so far—but—my mom loves this. Refreshing and light, it retains that serious honey mead-iness. I ordered two more.

Bought this as soon as it hit online sales. Not too sweet excellent apple flavor! I figured it would be good (everything from schramms is) was not expecting it to be one of the best meads I've ever had. wish I had more than 2 bottles left!
Michigan Apple is exquisite

Been a fan for a long time, had to utilize a proxy in Michigan, until recently. Thanks to James for his help getting it delivered, UPS tried to deny shipment. The mead was excellent, not too sweet, right amount of apples and honey. Excellent on a summer evening, shared with friends, and all agreed it was amazing! Keep up the great work!
