This dark fruit mead is made with Black Currants, Polish Lutowka Cherries, Heritage Red Raspberries and Oregon Boysenberries. In true Schramm's Mead style, intensely bold fruits balance their tart, tannic, and acidic flavors with the sweetness of high quality, responsibly sourced honey. Recommended pairings include fresh young cheeses, pork, and Mindo chocolate.
