Apple Crisp is Schramm's Mead's first bottle release of a spiced cyser. Rich with a blend of apple, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla beans, this mead will pair deliciously with any savory roast or grilled pork dish, as well as a multitude of desserts. This is a glass of comfort served in your grandmother's kitchen, when the crisp came straight out of the oven. Vanilla ice cream is optional.

This is amazing and taste just like it sounds. A delightful apple note with oven baked spices. It reminded me of my childhood eating a homemade apple crisp.. cinnamon and apple notes with a sugar and spice(maybe allspice and nutmeg) finish. I will be buying this bottle again. My only complaint is there wasn’t enough for a second pour after a few other people tried it.
