Schramm’s Apple Reserve is made from the most pure of recipes: fresh pressed cider from estate grown apples & raw honey. More than 30 modern and heirloom apple varieties were selected, grafted and grown by Ken Schramm, then hand harvested and pressed to create the best possible combination of apple flavors for this mead. This cyser pairs deliciously with savory pork chops or premium whiskey on a crisp fall day.
