This bar is an amazing pairing of our Pure 77% chocolate with its intense flavor balanced with lightly crunchy caramelized natural sugars  all on crazy fresh organic macadamias. We carefully selected organic macadamia nuts by visiting a local farm near our place in Mindo, getting to personally know the macadamia farmer. That way we know that we can trust that the workers are treated fairly and that they maintain their promise of sustainable and organic business practices.
