Schramm's Farmhouse Currant is a black currant mead made from domestically grown fruit. The berries are larger and sweeter than European varieties, leading to riper, more supple fruit character on the nose & palate. The currants and honey are supported by aromas of fall leaves, beeswax, and the charming scent of wheat fields grown nearby.
