Heartless is comprised of two beloved fruits absent from The Heart of Darkness. The boysenberries contribute heft, depth, floral roundness, and a firm dose of tartness. The strawberries add lush, juicy character and soft flavors of candied red fruit. Their distinct seedy edge is even recognizable.
