Indigo the mead is as intriguing and complex as the spectral color - Orange blossom honey fermented with ripe blueberries from the Pacific Northwest and tart Polish black currants. Not quite blue, not yet violet, Indigo deserves its place on the rainbow, and in your glass.

Really nice variation of a black currant mead. The blueberries add a little bit of sweetness. It's no Black Agnes, lol, but very very good!
