This boysenberry mead is a milestone for Schramm's Mead, as it is our first-ever 100% new French oak-aged release, and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.

The journey of creating this mead was one of precision and patience. The oak for these barrels was aged for five years before being crafted into staves, which were then carefully shaped into 225L Château Tradition barrels, each with a custom toast. This meticulous process has infused the mead with layers of complexity and character, balancing the vibrant fruit notes of the boysenberries with the nuanced depth that only the finest French oak can impart.
