Saskatoon berries are indigenous to North America, growing primarily in the northwestern parts of the continent. Resembling blueberries but more closely related to apples, these berries have been cultivated and enjoyed by Native American and First Nations peoples for centuries. Locally grown fruit and outstanding orange blossom honey combine to produce a uniquely nutty and pear-like flavor, with hints of roasted cocoa and autumn leaves.
