DescriptionCustomer Reviews

Private Preserve's proprietary inert gas blend displaces oxygenated atmosphere by pressure and weight, laying down an inert layer of gases that eliminate and block O2 from the surface of your valuable commodity. Thus, there is no oxidation or aldehyde formation to spoil the taste of your mead. Works great with one of our collectible stoppers!

100+ doses out of a single can — and may also be used to protect olive oil, herbs, spices, coffee and tea, and even guacamole!

"Private Preserve is the most cost effective, reliable, simple wine preservation system on the market. I’ve personally used it for many years with great success. If you use it correctly - spritzing an open bottle with 3 short and one long blast, immediately re-inserting the cork, and put the bottle in the fridge - the wine is put into suspended animation, hibernating!" - Madeline Triffon, Master Sommelier
