If there is a problem with your order please call us at 248-439-5000 or email us directly at info@schrammsmead.com.
All 'Pick-Up' orders that are not picked-up within 30 days (60 days for Mazers) will be charged a 20% restocking fee and will be refunded in the form of a store credit.
All orders placed for shipping through UPS or Fedex are not eligible for returns or refunds at this time. Please contact us via email (info@schrammsmead.com) or phone (248-439-5000) if you have any questions or concerns about this policy.
