The Rocket honors the late 'Rocket' Rod Romanak of Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. Rod was a phenomenal brewer, and the maker of the finest tropical fruit meads we have ever tasted. His exceptional craftsmanship was the inspiration for this creamy, tart, and intensely fruity bromeliad bomb. Pair with anything containing ham or bacon.
