I've always read the Ken was the man when it came to mead. Boy were folks right. I'm not a sommolier so I can only say what I liked. I was very smooth and tasty. It had a smell of honey with hint of spice (ginger).Its mouth feel had just enough acid(?) to make it feel warm and rich on the tongue. Overall I enjoyed it immensely. I can highly recommend it. Thanks.
